These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V. (company registration number 164860, Curaçao), the operator of VinciSpin, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. The agreement governs your use of the VinciSpin platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the VinciSpin service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.

About Us and Licensing

VinciSpin is operated by Terdersoft B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 164860, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521, issued in 2024 and covering casino and sportsbook activity across international markets where online gambling is permitted. An associated entity, Rossobash SRL (Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-900313), is linked to the brand; the governing law of these terms is the law of Costa Rica. Terdersoft B.V. operates a portfolio of online casino and betting brands, of which VinciSpin is one.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with VinciSpin. You may hold only one account per person; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. VinciSpin is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law; it is your responsibility to verify that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) to our satisfaction, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close any account that breaches these terms, and to void any balances arising from such a breach.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, bank transfer, e-transfer, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT. The standard minimum deposit is approximately €10, though this varies by region and payment method. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where that method supports payouts; Paysafecard is available for deposits only and does not support withdrawals. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours; after approval, e-wallets typically complete within 0–24 hours, cryptocurrency withdrawals complete near-instantly, and card or bank transfer withdrawals complete within 1–3 business days, subject to your bank’s own processing times. Withdrawal limits apply: wins above €10,000 are paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 per month. Deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal request will be accepted. We do not charge fees on our side for deposits or withdrawals, though network fees apply to cryptocurrency transactions and intermediary bank charges of up to €16 may apply to wire transfers.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion offered on VinciSpin carries its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply across casino bonuses unless a promotion’s individual terms state otherwise. Casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount; the sportsbook welcome package carries a 5x wagering requirement, and the HighRoller bonus (code 50HIGH, minimum qualifying deposit €300) carries a 35x wagering requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is €5; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 10x the bonus amount; winnings from the no-deposit free-spin offer (code 100VINCI1) are capped at €50. Welcome package bonuses are valid for 7 days from activation; other bonuses are generally valid for 14 days. Game contribution towards wagering requirements is as follows: slots and buy-feature games contribute 100%, live casino, roulette, video poker, and casino originals contribute 10%, and table games, scratch cards, jackpot games, and game shows contribute 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first and bonus funds are forfeited if depleted before wagering is complete. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and we reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we determine that bonus abuse or advantage play has occurred. Crypto-funded accounts are excluded from casino bonus offers.

Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] , available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of the support team. We will provide an initial response to escalated complaints within 7 days and a final resolution within 30 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which is the licensing regulator for VinciSpin.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by on-site notice or by email to the address registered on your account, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of the VinciSpin service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
